營救女兒 加國公民致信13國首腦

【大紀元訊】2014年3月，中國大陸法輪功學員陳英華因陪同親屬卞曉輝探望被關押的法輪功學員卞麗潮（卞曉輝父親），被中共當局非法關押在河北石家莊第二看守所至今，飽受獄方酷刑折磨，生命垂危。

據新唐人電視台報道，面對中共對家人的非法迫害，陳英華的母親、加拿大公民黃金鈴女士表示要控告迫害法輪功的元兇江澤民。她日前並致信加拿大、美國、德國等13個國家的首腦，揭露中共司法部門的種種侵犯法輪功學員人權的非法手段，並向他們呼籲，一同譴責中共對法輪功學員的迫害。

中共迫害法輪功學員親屬

黃金鈴說：「我的女兒被判了4年，卞曉輝被判了3年半，她的媽媽在家裏養病被他們（中共當局）抓起來判了4年。共產黨對法輪功的迫害是沒有法律依據的。這都是江澤民一個人搞出來的，害了成千上萬的法輪功學員。法輪功學員按照真、善、忍做好人，沒有甚麼錯啊！這是普世價值啊！」

黃金鈴說：「我本人被抓、被關、被勞教。我的女兒無辜被抓3次了，每次都搞得生命垂危。我老頭（丈夫）無緣無故啊，他也不是法輪功（學員），但是他也被他們抓過了。要他說出我逃在哪裏，要來抓我。我丈夫不配合，就把他抓起來。」

將控告迫害元兇江澤民

黃金鈴說：「我們家受苦受難太多了，16年了。我怎麼不控告他（江澤民）呢？我肯定要控告他的。告訴大家，迫害法輪功，江澤民是元兇，是他一個人發起來的，所以，最後是要找他算賬的。」

唐山法輪功學員卞麗潮因擁有一些空光碟盒，2012年12月25日被中共抓捕，重判12年，在石家莊監獄飽受酷刑折磨。2014年3月其妻女周秀珍、卞曉輝在陳英華陪同下探監被拒。曉輝打橫幅「我要見父親」，3月12日，周、卞、陳被警方抓捕，全家坐牢至今。

黃金鈴女士日前致信加拿大、美國、德國、法國、英國、澳洲、西班牙、阿根廷等13個國家的首腦。全信內容如下：

一位母親的呼喚

尊敬的閣下：

我親戚卞曉輝到河北石家莊探望獄中父親被無理拒絕，在街邊舉了「我要見父親」的布條表達自己的訴求。我的女兒陳英華陪同在旁，拍了一些照片。為此，她遭到警察拘捕，檢察院起訴，法院判刑。由於中共法院找不到犯罪事實，只能暗箱操作，具體表現如下：

1法官把律師開除掉，使我的女兒在法庭上沒有律師辯護；

2法庭不准親屬旁聽，這種秘密審判比軍事法庭更秘密，軍事法庭還允許律師辯護。可見對我女兒的審判黑暗到何種程度。

3 一審已經結束，主審法官李胤答應給我丈夫判決書。但5月11日找他時，推說已轉中級法院，轉給誰李胤也推說不知道。他好像很害怕這個案件，想儘快脫身。

4 根據石家莊中級法院案件快速查詢系統，陳英華在2015年1月4日被二審立案，而我丈夫在4月6日與主審法官李胤通電話時，李說一審判決還沒下來。真奇怪，一審還沒結束，二審卻已開始。非常荒唐。

中國現在強調「依法治國」，這只是對外宣傳。通過我女兒的遭遇，可以看出今日中國司法的黑暗程度。通過照片可以看出我女兒被抓捕前是一個健康美麗的女子。一年多的監獄迫害，今年5月21日當律師會見陳英華時，她已需別人扶著走出來，全身浮腫，表情呆滯，臉部掛傷。從2014年7月到2015年5月整整10個月，陳英華被監獄當局與世隔絕，不准會見包括律師在內任何人，在獄內受盡迫害。

有人說這是中國的內政，不容別人干涉。我認為虐殺人的生命，這不是政治問題，而是人性問題，人權問題。希特勒大肆屠殺猶太人，他也說這是第三帝國的內政問題，我們能允許和贊同嗎？

在我女兒無任何犯罪事實被迫害到生命垂危的今天，作為母親，我向閣下呼籲：發出正義之聲，救救我女兒，譴責這種犯罪行為！

A Mother's Appeal

Dear Honorable Sir/Madam:

My relative Xiaohui Bian's request of visiting her father in Hebei Province Shijiazhuang City Prison was unreasonably denied so she held a banner, "I want to see my father" on the street. My daughter Yinghua Chen accompanied her and took some pictures. Both were arrested and Chen was sentenced to 4 years in prison.
The court could not find any criminal evidence, so all procedures are illegal:

1, the judge didn't allow the lawyers to provide legal counsel to my daughter during the trial;

2, Relatives were not allowed to be present at the trial. This trial is more secretive than a military one which allows a lawyer's counsel.

3, the first trial is over. The presiding judge Mr. Ying Li agreed to give my husband the legal verdict document. But on May 11 he changed his mind and said that the case was transferred to Middle Level People's Court. He didn't even know who was in charge of this case now. He seems to be very afraid of this case and wanted to get out of it as soon as possible. Until now, we do not have this legal verdict document.

4, According to the Middle Level People's Court of Shijiazhuang City's case quick inquiry system, on January 4, 2015 the second trail of Yinghua Chen's case was set up. However on April 6 my husband phoned the presiding judge Mr. Ying Li, Li said the verdict of the first trail had not yet been reached. It was weird that the second trial has started before the first trial’s completion. It's ridiculous.

China emphasizes the "ruling the state according to the law", it's merely a propaganda. Through my daughter's case, one can see the darkness of Justice system in China today. She used to be a healthy pretty woman before arresting. After more than a year of persecution in prison, on May 21 this year, when lawyer met her, she was supported by others to walk into the meeting room with lifeless facial expression, her body swelling, and there are wounds on her face. From July 2014 to May 2015, for ten months, Yinghua Chen was isolated by prison authorities without being allowed to meet with anyone including lawyers. She suffered much persecution in prison.

People would say it is China’s internal affair, no other country should “interfere". I think that killing human lives is not a political issue, but an issue of humanity. Hitler massacred Jews, he also said this was the Third Reich's internal affair, should we agree?

As a mother, I appeal to you: Please voice for the righteous, rescue my daughter, and condemn this criminal behavior!
