Xi ordered to make Leung afigurehead

July 1st of this year, 430 thousand Hong Kong people took to the street and clearly expressed their aspiration of making Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying（梁振英） step down. a week later, the pro-CCP president of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, Jasper Tsang Yoksing（曾鈺成）, who has not been reconciled to Leung Chun-ying, invited the director of the Liaison office, Zhang Xiaoming（張曉明）, for lunch at the Legislative Council on next Tuesday. In 16 years after Hong Kong’s transfer of sovereignty, this is the first time for the most senior official of Beijing representatives in Hong Kong, also the director of the Liaison office in Hong Kong to have lunch with members of the Legislative Council directly, without noticing Chief executive Leung Chun-ying. Zhang openly stated that he wants to listen to opinions of various aspects directly.

Zhang Xiaoming belongs to the Xi faction. his high-profile meeting with the members of the Legislative Council indicates that Xi Jinping has officially made Hong Kong’s Chief executive Leung Chun-ying a mere figurehead, marking the beginning of the CCP’s infighting being fully staged in Hong Kong!

Since Leung Chun-ying took office in April last year, he has fully cooperated with the Jiang faction and enforced secret orders in Hong
Kong, making troubles on Xi Jinping everywhere. Since June 10th last year, the Hong Kong Youth Care association whose background is closely related to Leung Chun-ying has launched a large-scale and organized malevolent attack on a Falun gong truth clarification station
at Hung Hom railway station. this act is what the Jiang faction motions to the international community— the persecution of Falun gong is not just his faction’s act, but is the decision of the entire CCP. he intends to have Hu and Xi involved. this farce is still going on and has not yet been stopped.

In June this year, when Xi Jinping was visiting the united States, the Snowden event was staged in Hong Kong. news from Beijing claimed
that the planning of Snowden event came from the CCP’s Jiang faction, for the purpose of threatening the united States and combating Xi Jinping. With the march of the event, the U.S. began to be angry, and the CCP has to yield and give up Snowden. Meanwhile, Xi Jinping arrested Zhou Yongkang’s secretary on 23rd, forcing the Jiang faction’s speculation on Snowden to cool down.

The planner of this event—the Jiang faction—has to discard this hot potato since they dare not to confront with the U.S. “seriously”.
Therefore, the Hong Kong government has to be the humiliated one to “release Snowden", and let him departure “without permission” and go to the third country.

Actually the Snowden event has greatly struck Hong Kong, the gate of the CCP to other nations. Hong Kong is regarded by the international
community as a springboard into China, and also a place with an established legal system, freedom and human rights. now after Leung Chunying and the Jiang faction stirred up troubles in Hong Kong, the role of Hong Kong has about-faced, and turned into a minion of the CCP for dealing with foreign countries. the current CCP authorities may not want to see this change because Hong Kong is still a CCP’s transit station for pulling moneybags and outputting hot money.

Through the July 1st march, Hong Kong citizens has made a clear aspiration of requiring Leung Chun-ying to step down. Some citizens even said that they do not know whether there will be universal suffrage or not, but Leung’s resignation is the most important thing currently. the Xi faction has buttressed Hong Kong people’s will, and been sure that Leung Chun-ying has completely lost Hong Kong people’s support, so they made Leung a figurehead via Jasper Tsang Yok-sing and directly had lunch with the members of the Legislative Council.

Jasper Tsang Yok-sing made such a high-profile arrangement as a host. It cannot happen without the permission of the CCP.

Since Chongqing Wang Lijun（王立軍） event occurred last year, the Jiang faction’s henchmen have been dislodged one by one. Leung Chun-ying has cooperated with the Jiang faction in Hong Kong, and enforced all kinds of political tasks, making Hong Kong involved in an
intense power struggle within high levels of the dying CCP. the Xi faction that had sat tight took acts after July 1st, making Hong Kong a reflection stage of the CCP’s infighting.
