Welcome to Join the Rally in Taipei’s Xinyi District to Uphold Justice and Support Trump
Following the pro-Trump rallies held in Washington D.C., Tokyo, and other major cities around the world recently, the Epoch Times Taiwan is poised to launch a rally and march in Taipei on Saturday, Dec. 19, to voice Taiwan people’s upholding justice , fighting for truth and supporting Trump.
With the theme of “Upholding Justice and Safeguarding Taiwan,” the event highlights the issues regarding Taiwan-US cooperation to counter the Chinese Communist regime’s interference, the opposition to mainstream media’s pro-China stance, dissemination of disinformation from the communist regime, etc.
Some Taiwanese scholars pointed out that Trump has been the most Taiwan-friendly US leader, and he still has a good chance to win the lawsuit to overturn Biden election victory. They thus urged people in Taiwan to come forward and actively participate in the march to support Trump as well as say no to the Chinese Communist regime.
* The six main appeals of the event are:
–Support for Trump’s Taiwan-US cooperation;
–Support for independent media without being controlled by the Chinese Communist regime;
–Opposition to pro-China mainstream media;
–Opposition to self-censorship in social media and huge technology corporations;
–Opposition to the collusion between some politicians and the Chinese Communist regime;
–Opposition to some business groups’ betraying national interests for corporate interests.
* The march will kick off right after the rally at the Xinyi Square opposite to Taipei 101, at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2020.
