黎智英被指違租契遭判囚5年9個月 美國批判刑不公

壹傳媒集團創辦人黎智英被指在租用將軍澳工業邨大樓期間，向業主科技園公司隱瞞其名下顧問公司力高在蘋果大樓內營運，早前被裁定「欺詐」罪成，昨日（10日）被判囚5年9個月及罰款200萬元等。美國國務院發言人普賴斯批評相關的判決結果不公。

對於黎智英的判刑結果，普賴斯表示，美國譴責（condemns）這不公的判刑。他說，從任何客觀標準來看，這個結果既不公平亦不公正，他呼籲中共當局尊重香港的言論自由，包括新聞自由。@
