限聚令取消後首個除夕，晚上九時左右，政府總部外的添馬公園已有不少市民聚集，等待2023年的來臨。他們消磨時間的方法包括拍照談話吃東西，甚至有市民帶著被鋪枕頭，在草地上邊睡邊等。@
